It’s the end of the year! Which means that this is the time where many of us start reflecting on the year that has passed and we start thinking about what we want to accomplish in the New Year. The end of the year is a wonderful time to shed what no longer serves us because it’s the only way for us to get exactly what we want in the upcoming year. We need to let go of old thoughts, behaviours and energy patterns in order to make space to let in something new.

But change is hard and we so often start off the year with a bang, but we haven’t done the inner work to make sure our goals and dreams come to fruition. In this solo episode, I talk about the different steps needed to fully let go so we can step into an amazing version of ourselves and make 2019 one to remember.
